1. General Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital services, certain refund conditions apply.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Service not delivered within the promised timeframe
• Service not started within 48 hours of full payment
• Mistaken duplicate payments

3. Ineligible Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Services already partially or fully delivered
• Account suspensions or bans resulting from use of our services (as these are at the discretion of the game provider)
• Change of mind after placing the order

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please email us at info@towa-game.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order ID and a brief explanation.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
